Panchal’s Steam Pre-heater are designed to use Steam from the boiler to preheat the fuel oil supplied from the Day Tank to the burner. The fuel oil is heated up to 100-130º C to obtain the right viscosity before it is being lead to the burner, where it is vaporized and thus become ignitable. The heater is equipped with adjustable thermostat 30-110ºC, temperature limited to the adjustable in the range of 50-130ºC.
Panchal Electric Oil Preheaters are design to Preheat the fuel oil from the day tank to obtain combustible temperature as the viscosity of oils highly increases at low temperature. Our Electric Oil Pre Heaters are mainly used for the old start of the system/ boiler especially when the steam is not available. By using our Electric Preheaters, the oil in the tank/ fuel lines has already reached a selected temperature by adequate preheating, this helps the system to start at ease without losing efficiency. Our Electric heaters are manufactured in 6KW to 36KW depending upon load requirements.
