PasandTM EMU100 is a unique drilling fluid primary emulsifier composed of glycerides and fatty acids for oil-based muds(OBM) including those based on diesel, mineral oil and hydrocarbon. It is designed to provide highly stable invert drilling fluids with excellent emulsion stability, preferential oil wetting of solids by the oil phase, filtration control and temperature stability.Features And Benefits It improves mud flow properties and oil-wetting of drill pipe, thus reducing torque and drag.It is extremely effective over a wide range of oilwater ratios and mud weights.It has excellent emulsion stability.It provides improved thermal stability.It Provides viscosity & filtration control.

PasandTM FB100 is an anionic liquid made form Saturated Fatty acid. Foam Boosters are surfactants that functions as foaming additives which when added to a product, tend to bring about maximum foaming. These foam boosters or surfactants tend to reduce the surface tension. PasandTM FB100 gives high and stable foam, and is used to produce light weight concrete mixture with or without aggregates.Features And Benefits It improves the homogeneity of the concrete and mortar.It is Chloride free and has good water retention.Its Specific gravity can be adjusted according to the requirements.Application FB100 has a wide range of application within the Construction chemicals including Foam Grout filling, Levelling mortar, Trowel ready mortar, Light weight concrete, Insulation mortar, Foamed concrete and Polystyrene concrete. It is also used for flat roof insulation and soil replacement for back filling & ground stabilization. Also applicable in fabrication of lightweight panels, beams and blocks, filling of underground old pipes, tunnels, sewers, storage tanks, shelters and basements.
