PasandTM Eco-WSO is our environmentally safe, non-sulfurized, non-toxic, bio-degradable fatty oil based material. It is made with premium quality raw materials and gives grey-coloured emulsion in water. It is used in a variety of industries. In building and construction it is used primarily to increase plasticity between cement particles, resulting in high effectiveness and lesser dosage (Less than 5% with calcium lignosulfonate Sodium naphthalene sulfonate). In other industries it is used to for its superior lubricating and emulsifying properties. Mould Release Oil CW (Water Based) PasandTM MRO-CW
PasandTM MRO-CW is premium quality water soluble oil that gives milky white emulsion when diluted in water. Itacts as a release agent when applied to framework prior to placing concrete against the form. This facilitates stripping and at the same time minimises blemishes to the concrete surface. Coverage: 100 to 160 m2 in diluted material depending on the porosity and texture of the mould surfaceFeatures And Benefits It gives excellent emulsion with water.It has Rust inhibitor properties for better mould life.It only requires water for dilution.It has low titre so it does not freeze at room temperature.Application Add 1 litre of PasandTM MR-CW in 5 litre of water. Direct to use with no additional hydrocarbon like petrol, diesel or kerosene needed. It is usually used in Cement-Concrete casting, MS mould, Hume Pipe Mould, Railway sleeper mould and other similar applications.
