Payment Terms : L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union
Packaging Details : Primary Protection:
Each panel is individually wrapped with protective polyethylene (PE) film to prevent scratches, dust, and moisture.
Corners are secured with foam or hardboard corner guards to prevent impact damage.
Surface protection sheets (craft paper or bubble wrap) can also be applied for extra care.
Stacking & Bundling:
Panels are stacked in bundles of 510 panels (depending on thickness and site requirements).
Bundles are tightly strapped with polypropylene/steel bands for stability.
Bundles are wrapped in stretch film/shrink wrap for additional dust & water resistance.
Secondary Packaging:
For export shipments, panels are loaded into wooden crates or placed on ISPM-15 treated wooden pallets.
Wooden battens or spacers are placed between bundles to prevent shifting.
If shipped as loose bundles, they are blocked and braced inside the container to avoid movement.
Markings on Packages:
Each bundle/crate is clearly labeled with:
Product name & grade
Quantity of panels (Nos. / Sq.m.)
Panel dimensions (L x W x T)
