SS Sintered Filters are designed to provide high quality particulate Removal in Process Steam together with high flow rate and dirt holding capacity, thereby allowing long system lifetime and cost effective operation.SS Sintered filters are made from fine SS powder is sintered to form filters in cylindrical shape.
Filter Element SS Filters are used for Air ( stea / gas) and liquid filtration they have a very fine micron and is suitable for a range of operation.In steam / gas service, 100% of particles larger than the pore size chosen will be retained by the element. Note that the 1 micron element has an efficiency of 99.7% based on 0.2 micron particles.
Selecting a pore size smaller than required will result in reduced service life and higher pressure drop. SS Sintered elements can be cleaned by immersion in dilute hydrochloric acid, ultrasonic bath, clean water or air depending on the type of contamination. However, once the pressure drop across the filter (even after cleaning) reaches 0.7 bar the element should be replaced. Note : We strongly recommend that a spare filter element set is carried in stock.

PFP wound Filters are manufactured using wound process at high speed hence creating a single filter with hundreds of diamond shape tunnels. The tunnels are smaller at the core and bigger at the outer diameter. PPF Wound filters are available from 0.5 micron to 150 micron in pore size and standard length starts from 5inch to 40 inch. Outside diameter of the filter is 2.5 inch to 4.5 inch hence one can customize the filtration system as per his needs.PFP wound filters offer higher dirt holding capacity and low media migration.

PP Spun filters are manufactured of thermally bonded polypropylene microfiber to ensure high efficiency. Thermally bonded microfiber has minimal fiber release and consistent flow rate. They are ideal for Food and beverage application as they don't impact color, taste or odor of the liquid being filtered. They are also suitable for high temperature application upto 80 degree. PFP Spun Filters are ideal pre-filters and polishing filters where there is a fairly wide contaminant particle size distribution. The depth filtration mechanism also provides excellent control of gelatinous contaminants. A fixed pore structure formed by the non-shedding, bonded medium prevents release of trapped particles. The self-supporting fiber matrix enables a coreless design that is both economical and strong. The polypropylene filter medium provides broad chemical compatibility.
