Centrifuge bags used for separation of solid from suspension. PFP provides bags to retro fit almost any design of centrifuge. The bags are made of polypropylene and polyester. The bags are manufactured using selected fabrics according to the product filtration and porosity factor.

PFP Bag Filters are manufactured in 2 grades, needle sew bags and welded PP Bags. PP Filer bags are available from 5 to 100 microns and are normally used as pre filter to cartridge filters to reduce load. It helps in filtering contamination of various microns. PP Welded filter bags with PP Collar are made from superior quality PP and welded seam ensures that unfiltered liquid is not by passed from the seam of the bag. Welded PP Collar lock ensures tight fitting and eliminates liquid bypass from the collar. PFP Made Filter bags are suitable to fit in your existing housing, there is no need to change your existing housing.

PFP PVDF Filter cartridges are manufactured using hydrophobic PVDF Membrane and Polypropylene components. They have very low protein binding characteristic making it ideal for filtration of biological, chemicals, intermediates and organic solvents. Sealing technology Thermal Bonding, No Adhesives, binders or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process. Filter cartridges are 100% Integrity tested prior to release ensures consistent performance to specification. Advanced Pleat Technology construction allows maximum fluid and contaminant access to filter surface area for highest throughput.
