All round basemagnets are chrome plated for durability and are magnetic on the flat side only.

Suspended Permanent Magnetic Separators are placed above open conveyors to arrest ferrous objects and fines found in grains, feed stuffs, raw and processed products, dry chemicals, salt, ceramics, Clinkers in Cement Industry, Coal conveying in power plants and many other products.

Suspended Permanent Magnets are used for separating big Ferrous particles like lugs, nuts, bolts, rivets, ms plates, angles, channels and tools from moving material on a conveyor belt.

Pot magnet assemblies are generally used for gripping, clamping andfixture applications. Made from either Alnico or Ferrite magnet. The magnet is enclosed within a powder coated mild steel shell and aluminium ring spacer.

Calves about six months old make a big change in their diets. They stop suckling milk form their mother and begin to eat grass. Unfortunately, grass is not the only thing they pick up while grazing. They also eat dangerous Tramp Iron (nails, staples, bailing wires etc.) that can cause "Hardware Disease", if not protected with Raksha Pill (Cow Magnet). Cows loose their appetite; decrease their milk output (Dairy Cow) and ability to gain weight (Feeder stock) from this disease. Tramp iron causes serious inflammation in the Cows stomach and possibly death resulting from severe damage to surrounding vital organs.

The bottom of these powerful magnets will hold a 6mm thick pad of 76mm X 76mm sticky notes to a metal filing cabinet, while the versatile top keeps small metal objects handy. Each magnet is 12mm thick X 25 mm wide X 51mm long.

Alnico are precipitation hardened alloys requiring special heat treatment techniques.The raw materials used are Cobalt, Nickel, Copper, Aluminum and Iron. Titanium, silicon, etc. are added in certain proportions.The raw materials in their purest form are melted in medium frequency induction furnaces and castings are made using conventional sand or shell mould.The heat treatment consists of heating the alloy in furnace to well above its curie-point, and holding it at that temperature for some time. This is followed by controlled cooling after which the castings are reheated and held for a long period at a temperature of about 600C. This ageing process increases the coercive force and the energy product. Finally, the castings are ground to obtain close dimensional tolerances whenever necessary and inspected for physical and magnetic accuracy.
