The Plate Magnets also go very well with powdery, moist, lumpy, and abrasive products and large debris that might choke, bridge, or cause rapid wear in cartridge-based separators. Plate magnets are flexible enough to be deployed above conveyors or below conveyor drive pulleys to capture contaminants.They are available in both flat and curved shapes and can be installed either above or at the discharge end of material flow.

Magnetic Sheet Floaters are great sheet handling tools. By using the Magnetic Sheet Floater, the users can easily separate one sheet from a stack of sheets without getting their hands dirty. Simply place the Magnetic Sheet Floater near the sheet stack and the Magnet will attract the top sheet, making the sheet toappear as it is slightly floating above the stack. This enables the user to get enough grip to hold the sheet.

This device will eliminate the pain of picking a sheet from a stack of sheets, no more sliding sheets around to find the perfect grip!

magnetic rods are world class when it comes to magnetic strengths and precision in dimensions. These rods are made up of magnets, which are fitted inside seam less drawn and heat treated SS 304 L tubes. The thickness of the tubes is optimized to obtain highest efficiency of the magnets inside. Magnets are hard ferrite ceramic magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets.
