testing:

the vacuum dryer shelves are hydro-tested5 kg/cm²assembled condition. The vacuum chamber is tested for leaks under vacuum.

tray dryer (pbxtd) is specially designed for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, paint and textile industries. It is an electrical/steam heated thermostatically controlled hot air oven fitted with time switch to facilitate working day and night. Pbx drying ovens are well accepted for fast economical drying of granules, effervent salts and other materials. Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space are the valuable features of the oven. A highly effective re-circulating air system provided by belt driven axial fan. The filtered air is heated and re-circulated with fresh air.
