his machine is specially developed for blending different types of powders with liquids or semi solids with out lump formation or spillage loss to the liquid ingredients. Turbo jet blender is provided with a high speed turbine and a pressure vessel for blending liquids/semi solids evenly to the powder ingredients.
Finger Blenders is used for soft blending of light flakes or similar products. Main working parts are rotary drum, rotating shaft fixed with stirrers and an easily removable lid. The products blended in this equipment posses extremely good texture and appearance.
In an 'O' trough blender material moves radially inside the vessel. The 'O' trough blenders are approximately 25% more expensive than 'U' trough blender. But this design ensures demounting of high moisture of non flowing powders on its side walls
Octogonal blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing dry herbs/granules/chips homogenously.It is generally used for bulk volume blending. The effective blending is ennsured by the vertical spirals on the cone and horizontal spirals within the shell.
Y blenders are used for smooth and gentle blending of dense powders and abrasive materials.The material comes at a common point and then splits to separate sections, it also tumbles inside the vessel making the product homogenous.
