Our offered Product range includes Ribbon Blender, Double Cone Blender, Vertical Ribbon Blender and Mass Mixer.
Ribbon blenders are used for blending powders of similar physical properties. Ribbon blender comprises of a U trough mounted on rigid frame. Raw materials fed to the machine are moved left and right and upside down by the ribbons, which results in blending of the product
Double cone blender is an efficient and simple equipment for mixing dry powders and granules homogenously. It can also be used to mix powders of different moisture level. Removable lids are provided for easy feeding, discharging and cleaning
Vertical ribbon blender is recommended where we need faster blending in small batches. The raw material from the bottom of the vessel is lifted up and down by the rotary movement of the spiral ribbons. The ribbons placed in vertical position can be easily removed before cleaning. This blender can mix batches as small as 25% of vessel capacity
Mass mixers are ideal for mixing powders with semi solids. Compared to other blenders, the power of motor will be higher in mass mixers. Two types of mass mixers are available in different capacities of handling, namely single trough mass mixer and double trough mass mixer. Double trough mass mixer is 75% expensive than single trough mass mixer, but mixing is faster and handles high volumes easily.
