Besides the functions of normal finishers with pneumatic sleeve tensioning, this model which is unique in its kind, is equipped with a carriage which searches the lower edge of shirts and stops as soon as it reaches it, by means of a photocell; then the aspiration phase begins, to tighten the shirt to the bust, enabling the user to position it correctly. The machine can be delivered with standard sleeve clamps, with photocell-controlled closing. they are also available with two joysticks and relevant air cylinders for clamp height adjustment, allowing to remove any crease from the sleeves during the finishing program. Furthermore, double sleeve clamps are available, to tension short or long sleeves; they reach the required position automatically when a selecting switch is touched. The joysticks enable immediate adjustments, necessary to achieve a superior quality. Once the front part is held by the blade, further device hold the rest of the shirt and tension it on its sides. At the beginning of the finishing process the carriage goes down, dragging the shirt and stretching the side seams. All the holding and tensioning operations are pneumatically adjustable according to the fabric quality.
