This highly efficient Bar and Plate design quickly cools the intake airflow, which creates cold dense air moving through the turbo piping - meaning in return - more power.
Evotion Intercoolers are great if you plan on increasing boost levels, due to the fact that they are constantly drawing away heat, while giving you maximum cooling and flow without noticeable pressure drops.
A must for all 1.8T powered vehicles! A complete easy to install front mount intercooler conversion for 1.8T-powered vehicles. This kit can be installed in about an hour or two with only minor trimming of the front spoiler (depending on the manufacturer) and no modifications to any sheet metal or bumper reinforcement. Independent dyno studies have shown gains of 9hp with over 30% less intake heat. The actual horsepower gains can be much higher as the engine heat alone can rob over 15hp.The complete kit includes all hardware, clamps, silicone couplers; ceramic-coated mandrel bent tubing and a free flowing all aluminum construction intercooler.
