Commonly known as jelly-beans, a bean plant, or pork and beans is a succulent plant belonging to Crassulaceae family. It is grown as an ornamental plant for its unique color changing habit from green to red which is a protective adaptation.

The leaves of Sedum rubrotinctum are arranged compactly on the trailing stem which makes a perfect landscape as a ground cover or in a hanging basket in your corridor.  During mid-spring, bright yellow flowers sprout from the leaves in between them.
