APPLICATIONS OF PASS BOX STATIC
  • TANCO Pass Box is used for transfer of material from and into the clean room, without contaminating the air of clean room and without having to open room door.
  • This is achieved with the help of interlocking type doors of pass box.
SALIENT FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION OF PASS BOX STATIC
  • Interlocking type doors.
  • Can be installed easily on the wall between the clean room and any other room.
  • Fitted with glass viewing window through which material kept in the pass box can be seen.
  • Made of Commercial board & all its external & internal surfaces are dully laminated, M.S. Sheet duly powder coated or S.S. Sheet body 304 grade PVC coated matt finish (as ordered).
  • Hinged door on both sides with wide glass viewing window.
  • Electrically interlocked type doors on both sides, so that any one door can be opened at a time.
  • UV & fluorescent light and HEPA filter can be provided optionally.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PASS BOX STATIC
This equipment is installed on the wall between the clean room and the other room. The pass box has two doors at its extreme ends. One door opens in the clean room and other door open in the other room. These doors are electrically interlocked type so that any one door can be opened at a time. This avoids direct flow of air from the clean room to the other room or vice versa. This also obviates the need to open the clean room door frequently for transferring of material from & into the clean room. Thus, it helps in achieving the aim of material transfer without disturbing the cleanliness level of the clean room.

APPLICATIONS OF AIR SHOWER
  • Air Shower is a specialized chamber incorporated either as entryways of laboratories and other controlled environments to reduce particle contamination (or) kept before the exit of a highly infectious place to stop the contamination.
  • Air showers utilize high-pressure, HEPA- or ULPA-filtered air to remove dust, fibrous lint and other contaminants from personnel or object surfaces. The forceful "cleansing" of surfaces prior to entering clean environments (or) leaving contaminated environment reduces the number of airborne particulates introduced.
  • Tanco manufactures this highly complex and technically advance variant of Air Shower. Not too many companies in the world manufactures Air Showers which requires very high level of technical expertise.
  • Tancos Air Shower come with interlocking mechanism which prevent the 2 doors to open simultaneously at the same time. Thus preventing the contaminated air from entering inside the Air shower chamber.
  • Tanco Air showers are frequently used in research laboratories around India and are exported to the worldwide market mainly American and European markets.

  • Outer Chamber is made up of MS powder coated
  • The inner chamber is made up of Stainless Steel (304 grade).
  • Between the outer and inner body wool is stuffed for insulation and for the prevention of thermal loss
  • Door Gasket is provided for proper sealing along with heavy hinges and door closing device
  • Heating elements are made up of high quality Nichrome
  • Kanthal wire are embedded around the chamber
  • Supplied with 1 (or) 2 removable shelves
  • Temperature is controlled by Electronic Digital temperature indicator and is fitted in front for easy visibility

  • All interior surfaces are epoxy painted filter seat is carefully formed, installed and checked for leakage.
  • Side panels & front doors are made of 6 mm thick acrylic transparent plexi glass.

  • The pre-filter fitted extends the life of HEPA filter drastically.
