APPLICATIONS of WATER STILL ELECTRICAL TABLE PATTERN
  • These water distillation plants have been designed to meet with the requirements of best quality of distilled water. These are best suitable for removing all types of impurities Organic, Inorganic, Gaseous, Bacterial and Pyrogenic leaving a final pure distillate.
SALIENT FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION of WATER STILL ELECTRICAL TABLE PATTERN
  • Doubled walled Water Still (Barnstead Type) is made up of Outer MS powder coated and Inner tank made of SS.
  • The gap in between is filled with glass wool.
  • All the fittings such as condenser, top, and outer chamber are made up of Stainless Steel. The raw water is first made to pass around the tubes in the condenser, where it gets heated neatly to the boiling point thus economizing the heating energy .
  • The evaporators are fitted with a set of totally immersed long life heating elements and are easily removable.
  • A convenient drain valve is provided for flushing and easy accessibility to the entire evaporating chamber.
  • The water still is fitted with special immersion element (ISI Marked) with automatic ejection device which stops working in the case of failure of water supply .
  • Supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply .
  • Operation: The preheated water then passes out of the condenser, gives may out to the gaseous and volatile Impurities in the atmosphere with the help of a special device incorporated herein and finally enters and boiling pan for distillation. The inlet water passing into the stills flows around and outside of the condenser tubes where it becomes per-heated nearly to the boiling point.

  • These water distillation plants fully automatic have been designed to meet with the requirements of best quality of distilled water. These are best suitable for removing all types of impurities Organic, Inorganic, Gaseous, Bacterial and Pyrogenic leaving a final pure distillate. (As per NPL Patent.)
SALIENT FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION of Water Still In All Glass
  • The entire range is fabricated using premium quality glass material (BOROSIL GLASS).
  • Produces Ultra pure, Pyrogen free distilled water.
  • Fitted with Automatic low level water cut-off device.
  • The distillation apparatus consists of flask with heating elements embedded in glass and fused in spiral type coil internally of the bottom and tapered round glass, joints at the top double walled condenser with B-40/B-50 ground glass joints.
  • Constant level arrangement for water. Individual pilot lights on the front panel to show the status of water level and water flow .
  • Complete with metallic stand rings and clamps to hold flasks condenser electric board with switch, Neon light indicator and connecting cords.
  • Supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply .

APPLICATIONS of Water Still Wall Type
  • Water Still Wall Type apparatus provides continuous supply of pyrogen free distilled water.
  • The unit is recommended for making pyrogen free distilled water for routine laboratory requirements.
SALIENT FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION of Water Still Wall Type
  • Made out of Stainless Steel (SS-304 grade).
  • The cock fitted to the unit is brass C.P .
  • The portable condenser system is provided for easy cleanliness for inside portion for better efficiency & avoid choking.
  • The water still is fitted with special kettle element (ISI Marked)with automatic ejection device which works in the case of failure of water supply .
  • This apparatus is also being equipped with brackets for wall mounting plug.
  • Supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply .
  • Operation: In these type of water stills designed for wall mounting Water feeds from the base through tap of the condenser jacket. & Water circulates automatically around the condenser tube and after that fills the boiling chamber up to a certain level.
  • Water level inside boiling tank is controlled by the overflow level fitted on right side of tank after attaining the required level of raw water to be distilled switch on the heaters. For efficient operation, a quantity of cooling water is required equal to approximately eight time s of the distillate output. The distillate will come from the lower portion (funnel type) of the condenser .
