Constructional Details :The Column, bed and saddle are rigid structures made of high-strengh casting. well ribbed box-form and duly reinforced, full power to be used. All the guidways of the column, bed and saddle are hand scrapped to maintain high accuracy and ensure a long trouble-free life. Spindle :The boring spindle, made of special steel with a super-finished surface, is guided in a sturdy milling spindle in two long bronze bushes. the milling spindle rotates in two high - precision timken taper roller bearings, Automatics axial travel of boring spindle is a standard feature. Rotary Table :The table has both rotary feed and rapid circuler movment as standard features. it can be clamped in any anguler position as graduction of degrees are there.
