Features of the One Revolution Internal Tube Cutter - OTC Series
The One Revolution Tube Cutter will pierce and cut thin walled ferrous tubes in one revolution.
Designed to be used by hand with a ratchet handle or similar tool.
Working on the the eccentric principle, the cutting bit is in the closed position while the tool enters the tube, once the ratchet is applied the cutting bit pierces the tube and shears it off in one revolution.
The tool is fitted with an adjustable collar so the tool can be altered to reach into tubes at varying lengths.
Our standard length is 6.0", 8.0", 10.0" AND 12.0" Larger sizes can be manufactured on request. All cutter are available in Imperial and Metric.

ONE REVOLUTION TUBE CUTTERS - OTC MODEL
Features of the OTC Model One Revolution Tube Cutter:
The One Revolution tube Cutter pierces and cuts off non-ferrous and ferrous thin walled tubes in one revolution.
The One Revolution Tube Cutter is designed for hand operation using a ratchet handle.
The Cutter Tool Bit operates on an eccentric principle. The Tube Cutter is enters into the tube with the tool bit in the closed position, ratchet is applied and turned in a clockwise direction. The Tool Bit contacts the tube during the One Revolution and pierces the tube wall and as turning is continued the Tool Bit shears through the tube along the circumference.
Cutters come with an adjustable collar enabling it to reach into tubes at various distances.
All cutters are available for Metric tube also.
Sizes Available:5/8" O.D. to 2 1/2" O.D.

Features of the ATP Series Push Type Internal Tube Cutter:
Push Type Internal Tube Cutter quickly cuts through the walls of ferrous tubes in condensers and heat exchangers as a step to their removal from the tube sheet.
This sturdy tube cutter can be used with a portable electric or air drill.
Merely insert into tube, apply power to the driver, press inward and the tube is cut in a matter of seconds. Releasing the pressure automatically retracts the cutting bit back into the tool.
The tube cutter is equipped with an adjustable collar for the setting of the correct depth.
All cutters are available in Metric and Imperial Sizes.

PR-68 type tube cutters are available in standard reach of 4 (101.6mm). Additional reaches in increments of 4 up to 16 (406.4mm) are available as well.
