Our product range contains a wide range of CNC Plano Miller and PLANING MACHINE CONVERTED TO PLANO MILLER
machine is designed as a table moving Double Column Plano Miller with elevating cross rail.The Bed, Table, Cross rail, Cross slide and Ram Housing are all made of cast iron FG 260/300.The table moves on LM guide ways, with re-circulating roller blocks for heavy load carrying capacity up to 6 tons/sq.m. The cross rail positioning is controlled by a servo motor through a pair of ball screws and worm gear box. The cross rail is clamped automatically after positioning by hydraulic assisted failsafe brakes.
The cross slide is also mounted on LM guide ways with re-circulating roller blocks for precise movements and is moved by a
Planing Machine Converted to Plano Miller with Two RAM type, Universal Milling Head, Ball Screws and Servomotors PLC Controlled.
