Our Complete range of products are Gantry Machining Centre and CNC Travelling Column Machining Centre.
These machines are designed for Milling, Drilling, Thread Milling and Contouring on large size components.
Two Columns connected by a top beam, moves on two amply dimensioned bed ways, driven by two Servomotors in Master Slave mode.
The movement is through hardened and profile ground helical rack and Double Pinion Gear Box with hydraulically eliminated Back lash. The guide ways of the Column saddles are hydrostatic.
These machines are offered in various versions1. Single Column Fixed Table Horizontal Spindle.2. Single Column Fixed Table Vertical Spindle.3. Double Column Gantry Type Vertical Ram with build in Spindle.The minimum X axis travel offered on these machines is 2000 mm and the maximum 6000 mm.These machines can be fitted with various accessories like ATC, Rotary table , Through tool coolant etc, and the table width for single column upto 750 mm and for double column upto 2000 mm. The spindle speed range can also be to the requirement of the customer.
