Automatic Paper Tension Controller throughout the paper pad, paper in the paper pads can be used till the end without any paper scraping i.e. Tension-compensating system.
The springs are calibrated for different paper thickness and clearly color coded. Tape tension constant on the flat and on the edge of the wire (compensator controller provided). Paper breakage sensors best suitable for 6mm width of paper which enables auto stoppage of machine as the paper tape breaks.
Special Mica Taping Rollers provided for MICA tape which allows smooth insulation without breakage. All insulations like Carft Paper, Krape Paper, Nomex, Mica, Polyester And Kapton Can Be Effectively Used.

Pitch : 0.4 to 40 mm in 0.1 mm steps

• +_1.0% in start and stop stage

The Tapping head is equipped with marking scale to enable the operator to precisely adjust the staggering of the tapes accurately. Tension of the tape 1.0N to 40N.
