Gyratory motion is the most effective method for screening. We manufacture Vibroscreens specially designed for spices industry .We have a good client list for this application . Spices Grader causes 100% rotary motion and causes dispersion stirring & stratification of material to be sifted. Feed material constantly flows in Horizontal motion along a loop pattern on Vibro screen surface. Vibro screen provides optimum screening & assures maximum feed-rate & efficiency.
Vibro screen are driven by a special type of vertically mounted motor having eccentric at the upper & lower end of the shaft. Rotation of out of balance top weight causes vibration in Horizontal plane whereas the rotation of lower weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane.
Spices Machinery :We manufacture, sell pulverisers, pin mill, crushers, size reduction machinery, micro pulverisers, grinding machinery, food processing machinery. Ribbon Blenders, de-seeding machine, destoners are also manufactured. Pouch Packing machine are also offered. Wire mesh tightening feature is provided within the machine.
The machine shown finds application for grading of wood chips while feeding to the boiler. This is a rugged design machine powered by a vibratory motor.
