Gyratory motion is the most effective method for screening. We manufacture Vibroscreens specially designed for spices industry .We have a good client list for this application . Spices Grader causes 100% rotary motion and causes dispersion stirring & stratification of material to be sifted. Feed material constantly flows in Horizontal motion along a loop pattern on Vibro screen surface. Vibro screen provides optimum screening & assures maximum feed-rate & efficiency.

Vibro screen are driven by a special type of vertically mounted motor having eccentric at the upper & lower end of the shaft. Rotation of out of balance top weight causes vibration in Horizontal plane whereas the rotation of lower weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane.

We manufacture, sell pulverisers, pin mill, crushers, size reduction machinery, micro pulverisers, grinding machinery, food processing machinery. Ribbon Blenders, de-seeding machine, destoners are also manufactured. Pouch Packing machine are also offered. Grinding can be done in stages to offer cool grinding technology for spices . Temperature is generated while grinding . Attrition grinding machines generate high temperature.
