We offer a range of autoclave, which are used for sterilizing the steam. Fabricated using qualitative stainless steel and others, our autoclave is known for its durability and superior performance. Available in the following sizes and capacities, we can also provide tailor autoclave as per requirements.
ConstructionOur vertical autoclave is double walled units. Outer body of our autoclave is constructed out of thick gauge stainless steel sheet of S.S-304/M.S grade. The inner chamber is also made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of S.S-304 grade. Our autoclaves are air insulated from inside, however we may incorporate mineral glass wool insulation if the customer desires so. The strong lid constructed out of thick stainless steel plate has a double safety radial locking arrangement (Optional), which ensures an easy and smooth opening and closing operation for all our autoclaves.
Features :
Fitted with pressure gauge upto 20 psi. spring loaded safety valve adjust a dead weight safety valve. It is hydraulically tested upto 40 psi and is supplied with electrical fittings, cord and plug to on 220 / 230 volts A.C. supply. Supplied complete with tripod stand.
Triple walled construction. Supplied with radial locking system. Space between steam jacket & outer wall is fitted with high quality glass wool to minimize heat loss. Water drain system is fitted.

Cylindrical (triple walled) inner/outer chamber made of thick S.S. fitted with automatic pressure control switch and automatic low water level cut off devise .Lid made of S.S. with radial lock to work on 440 volts 3 phase supply.
