Electrically operated tray dryer is with double construction inner S.S. & Outer made of M.S. body duly powder coated. All the trays are made of Stainless Steel. It is provided with glass wool insulation through out the chamber fitted with electrically motor with fan. Temp. controlled by thermostat with dial type thermometer & air circulating fan for uniform temperature. 304 and size of the tray is 16`` x 32`` .

The freeze-dried material may be transported and shipped in small containers, and no provision is necessary for refrigeration en route.
