Made of wire with diameter 6G to 18G, our Stainless Steel Crimped Wire Mesh can be used for windows, verandas, partitions, counter shelves and more. The Stainless Steel Crimped Wire Mesh, offered by us, has several industrial uses like heavy screaning & Sieving of coal mines etc.
In the pre-crimping process, wire is first formed (crimped) in meticulousness machines with the help of rotary dies that precisely define the spacing of the wires and insure that the wires will lock firmly together at the intersections. The Stainless Steel Crimped Wire Mesh is later on put together in custom designed screen assembly machines (looms).
When open area is important. Extra crimps between the intersections provide a more rigid weave and provide locking and tightness for light wires in relation to the large openings.
