Metallic Pall Rings-Q Pak is a progressive die tool products and Q Pak is an excellent improvisation of the traditional pall rings and is considered to be the most efficient ring type packing. With more numbers of internal strips the interactive area increases for gas liquid contact, so these types of Metallic Pall Rings maintains the efficiency of packing when compared to normal pall rings. With the same efficiency they give lower pressure drop than ball ring. Due to the special design the thickness of the rings are reduced which reduces the investment cost while replacing pall rings with the same.
