03 PP Multi Filament Yarn, Feature : Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Pilling, Colorful Pattern

We offer a wide range of PP Multi filament yarn used in stitching industry for making cloths and fabrics. Made up of poly propylene, our range is available in various colors. Our range is made from qualitative raw material. With the help of our latest dope dyed process, we can offer you bright and attractive colors, which have low moistening features and thus are easy to clean. They are long lasting and are widely used in different kinds of applications.

Technical Specifications

• Strength : 3.5 - 4.0 gm per Denier for Regular Tenacity, 4.5 â�� 5.0 gm per denier for Medium Tenacity.
• Elongation : 60 to 70 % for Regular Tenacity, 40 to 50 % for Medium Tenacity.
• Shrinkage (180 C Hot Air, 30 Min) : 5%
• Denier Range : 300D, 400D, 600D, 840D, 1600D and 2400D
• Filaments : 1. 45 Filaments : 300D, 350D, 400D, 680D, 840D. 2. 90 Filaments : 840D, 900D, 1200D. 3. 100 Filaments : 840D, 900D, 1200D, 1600D. 4.200 Filaments : 1600D, 2400D.
• Specific Gravity : The specific gravity of PPMFY is 0.91, which is lower than Nylon or Polyester. So under the same weight conditions, one gets more length of PPMFY compared to Nylon or Polyester.
• Cleanliness : PPMFY has low moistening characteristics. So it is very easy to clean.
• Chemical Resistance : In normal temperature, it gives excellent resistance to Alkali and Acids.
