Mini Kachori, the flaky, puffed pastry stuffed with a spice-lentil/pea mix. Instead of using the traditional dry/soaked Moong Dal for the filling, I have used cooked Chana Dal/ Split Bengal Gram Dal. The cooked dal should be not be mushy and should be coarsely powdered during the final cooking process with spices.
