Press Hydraulic Power Pack : will be installed on the ground floor of the Paper Machine and will consist Oil Tank which is of 1500 mm length X 1000 mm width X 500 mm height made of 5mm thick MS plate and whose 75% approximate oil filling capacity is 550 liters.Hydraulic pressure will be provided by dual 50 LPM Gear Pumps driven by two 10 H.P. motors, one of the set will be in operation and another will remain as standby. The output of the Pumps will be connected to a Manifold which will have 2 (two) nos. Check Valves, 1(one) no. Pressure Relief Valve and 1(one) no. Pressure switch mounted on it. The output of the manifold will be distributed to all 4- 5 manifolds for Unload, Touch, Load and Hold whenever required. The individual hydraulic pressure will be developed by individual Pneumatically Actuated Pressure Reducing Valve of Air to Oil ratio 1:25, for each Front & Back Hydraulic Loading.
