Additional Information :

• Mixing unit for 100 liter capacity is made from pure stainless steel 304 quality sheet metal fabricated vessel and the mixer motor used is heavy duty and for flammable material Flame-proof motor is used.  There is mounting plate and double bearing housing given to hold the whole mixing unit  with motor assembly, 4 support rods and centre driven shaft.

• A 1 HP 3 phase/ single phase  motor connected directly to the mixing shaft is mounted vertically downwards to mix the material inside the vessel. The 4 support rods made in SS304 quality supports the casing of blade. The strong blade is designed in such a way that the internal material is homogenised properly in less time. The casing helps homogenising of different materials to form a single product.  Also, a variable Speed drive with a separate Panel box is provided with each unit to control the speed during mixing operation. A speed of 0-1500 Rotations per minute (or up to 3000 RPM) can be achieved by this machine.
