This 100 hours yoga course is for students who do not have the time to complete the 200-hour course in the traditional four weeks.

You will board on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth in a small group of students (maximum 12 persons) with ample support from experienced teachers. This teacher training module is a 100-hour course designed for those seeking a 200-hour teaching qualification. If you cannot get away for the full four-week 200-hour program, this teacher training course is for you.
During this first half of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course, you will immerse yourself in yoga practice and theory. Upon completion of the second module at a later date, you will receive your 200 Yoga Teacher Training certification and be able to register with Yoga Alliance.
