SVCG builds, owns and operates Co2 Bulk Storage Terminals as per customers’ needs and requirement according to the standards laid down by PESO [formerly CCOE], Government of India. The Company has a team of experts in construction and management of storage terminals and have been engaged into such services for about 20 years. The expert team of SVCG designs, fabricates and builds the terminals as per global standards. We are one of largest manufacturer of Co2 in south India. We have well set up recovery plant at kallakurichi for Raj Sri Sugar mills for the production capacity of 40 tons/day. We are having largest customer in across south India with more than 20 installations. We are maintaining 300 tons in our storage capacity of 400 tons at always to cater our customer demand 24X365

Liquid Co2 is the Colorless and odorless Liquid form of carbon dioxide (CO2) with a temperature at -69.88°F (-56.6°C) or below. Liquid Co2 is using in many of the industries like welding application in automobile sector, Carbonate in water treatment, Cooling process in pharmaceuticals etc.,

From the Lco2, Dry Ice is produced in terms of Dry ice blocks and the pellets for using different applications for different sector like transit medicines, blasting, fog presentation, cold storage, Air catering etc.,
In Large operations, demand requires a bulk storage tank installation. SVCG install and maintains bulk storage tank terminals at Customer's site to meet their Gas circulation. We have wide range of storage tanks available from the range of 5 Metric tons – 100 Metric tons which we can be support any range of consumption and their total gas requirement.

Safety

·         The Intensely very cold and hence contact with bare skin should be avoided

·         Carbon dioxide gas is heavier than air and is an ashyxiant - care should be taken to avoid accumulation at low levels or in confined spaces

·         Dry Ice must not be placed in tightly sealed containers. Sufficient care (ie) vents must be provided to allow gas evolved to escape.
