Lime rotary kiln is used to produce quicklime through the calcination of limestone (calcium carbonate). Lime rotary kiln is specialized design for production of active lime.
ZK lime rotary kiln can work with vertical preheater and vertical cooler to achieve the advantages like high use ratio of raw materials, complete calcination, even quality, good quality lime, high capacity output, environmental and energy saving, simple operation and longer working life. 1. According to the character of limestone and its calcination requirement, the structure of kiln inlet and outlet sections has been optimized. It can resolve the problem of material returning back to kiln inlet and the leakage of dust.

Technical configuration is optional: matched vertical preheater can use the high temperature from rotary kiln to preheating the limestone from room temperature to decomposition condition; matched vertical cooler can cooling down the high temperature of lime in the shortest time, and process can increase the activity of lime and also easy for transportation and storage.
1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating.
2. Catch wheel: including two kinds of mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure.
3. Gears: single or double. Control the rotating speed by variable motor, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Be reliable, energy saving and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple.
