Quality Policy
Quality is synonymous with Arvind Chemi Synthetics Pvt Ltd. We follow a well defined quality control system and adopt stringent quality control measures (ISO 9001:2015 Certified) starting from the procurement of raw material to the final dispatch of products. A QC check is carried out at every stage of production with a focus on every small detail; from the stitch detail for a long-lasting stitch to the indelible ink for better quality print; we take care of everything. Testing and inspection of material has to be approved at each step for it to reach the next.
The quality control process is backed by an advanced Research & Development cell along with a Quality Control lab that ensures strict adherence to quality. We conduct stringent quality screening at every stage – right from testing of granules to testing of the finished product before dispatch; thus ensuring superior quality.
The latest testing equipment guarantees products that match international standards of quality and reliability. Our comprehensive testing facilities comply with the Ministry of Defence, Indian Army, Indian Air Force, the Government’s: Directorate General Quality Assurance (DGQA) and Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals (DGS&D) standards, which include:

Our QC procedures are very strong to ensure 100% fault free fabrics and bags. Due to minimum wastage and efficient use of resources, we are also able to keep prices under control and therefore offer the best possible product prices to all our customers.

Infrastructure
We have a fully integrated factory, equipped with the latest state of the art plant and looms along with the latest machines for cutting, stitching, lamination and printing of fabric and bags. We boast of the latest infrastructure with advanced Lohia Starlinger looms at our factory. More than 100 looms produce a wide variety of fabrics and bags for various applications. This dynamic infrastructure and ultra modern technology enables in-house production of over 9000 Metric ton per annum or over 70 million bags per annum. Our unit has the latest tape extrusion machines and cheese winders for maximum production and minimum wastage.
In addition to this, we use high-technology lamination plants for laminating fabrics for various applications including tarpaulins. We operate the latest Tandem lamination plant for laminating both sides of the fabric simultaneously. Furthermore, we also have a wide range of sewing machines that aid us in the manufacturing of customised bags.

Arvind Chemi operates under the expert guidance of Mr. Arvind Gupta since 1984. He is a qualified marketing expert from London and Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
