Neelman Industries India Private Limited is founded by two brothers – Manoj Kumar and Prabhat Kumar. Manoj Kumar is an IIM Raipur alumni and has an experience of more than 20 years in the field of sales and marketing in FMCG, Telecom and Hospitality sector. Prabhat Kumar is a design engineer and has a rich experience of more than 24 years mainly in Dubai and Kenya.
The company is incorporated on 16th November 2016 and registered under companies act 2013 under ministry of corporate affairs, New Delhi, India and the registered office of the company is based at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The company is involved into the marketing of packaged products like wheat flour, corn flakes, packet tea, oats, rice and salt. It is procuring quality food products from different suppliers all over the India and marketing it under the brand name of “Paustika”, which is the registered trademark of the company. The company is planning to incorporate more quality food products into its product portfolio in near future. The company has a vision to operate in pan India in the years to come, through rigorous expansion of distribution infrastructure.
In its extraordinary general meeting, the board of the company has approved the appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company for a period of 5 years.
The Advisory Board members consist of Mr. Sudhansu Sinha – Head, Marketing, Telenor India, Gujarat Circle, Mr. Anuvrat Verma – Senior Branch Manager, Eveready Industries India Limited, Lucknow, (U.P.), and Mr. Ravindra Kumar – Regional Sales Manager, Godrej (Pest Control), Kolkata (W.B).
Right now, the company is in the process of launching different rural and urban markets in the state of Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha (which is a part of Maharashtra) and gradually it will launch its operations in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan by the end of FY2017-18.
The company aims to cater primarily to rural mass at the lowest possible cost and move slowly to the urban markets. It has an ambition to build a world class distribution infrastructure in the years to come.
