Ingredients : Pork With Ham, Mechanically Separated Chicken, Pasteurized Process Cheddar Cheese (Cheddar Cheese [Pasteurized Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes], Milkfat, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Phosphates, Salt, Sorbic Acid [Preservative], Artificial Color), Water Salt, Modified Potato Starch, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite.
Instructions :

• Since Spam With Cheese and heat as suggested
• To fry - Fry slice in skillet until golden brown on both sides.
• To bake - Place slice on baking pan.
• Bake at 425F for 10 minutes.
• To microwave - Place slices on microwavable-safe place.
• Heat on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until hot.
