application：
vacuum brazing furnace are mainly applied for vacuum brazing, solution aging and bright annealing of high speed, high-alloyed tool and die steel and electrical magnetic material, nonferrous metal and stainless steel etc., also for sintering of magnetic material.
features：
hzq vacuum brazing furnace has two furnace chamber, one is graphite chamber, the other is metal chamber. The heating element of graphite chamber is graphite rod, thermoscreen is the multiple layers carbon felt and ceramic felt; the heating element of metal chamber is molybdenum, thermoscreen adopts molybdenum and stainless steel. In order to ensure the brazing quality, the heating zone of the furnace is separated to heat and control the temperature, temperature uniformity of furnace just comes to ±3℃, thermoscreen is made of stainless steel ( max. Temperature of 1300℃), the heating element is molybdenum belt.
