With Tray Size of 450 mm x 700 mm (18” x 27”), the working capacity of the Bakery Oven B-900 on per batch basis include Bread 400 gm ( 168 Loaves - 1 Trolley x 14 Shelves), Sponge Cake (53 kg - 1 Trolley, 14 Trays), Buns 45 gm (432 Nos - 1 Trolleys, 18 Trays), Biscuits 20 kg - 1 Trolleys, 18 Trays), Dry Rusk 18 to 20 kg - 1 Trolleys, 18 Trays) and Khari (12 kg - 1 Trolleys, 18 Trays).
