INDICATION AND USAGE
Alectinib (Alecnib) as monotherapy is indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Photosensitivity to sunlight has been reported with Alectinib administration. Patients should be advised to avoid prolonged sun exposure while taking Alectinib, and for at least 7 days after discontinuation of treatment, Patients should also be advised to use a broad-spectrum Ultraviolet A (UVA)/ Ultraviolet B (UVB) sun screen and lip baim (SPF 250) to help protect against potential sunburn
