Rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. (4) chains adjustable set on 15" centers, with 1½" wide x 2" high lugs. Carton size range: 1" to 13-12" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width; 4½" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with 183" long x 10" wide cleated product feed conveyor with 10" long x 1" wide x 34" high cleats and product magazine, 44" long automatic blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 54" long hand loading area, with Nordson hot melt glue system, flap closers, vacuum pump with interlock safety guarding and hand held jog controller. Control panel AB CPU, with on off controls, run, jog, vacuum, hopper, and glue switches with push button start, stop, e-stop controls, and conveyor speed control dial. Mounted on a heavy duty base frame with casters and height adjustable legs.
