2-Station Quench Presses, Color : Metallic

We offer precision-engineered 2-Station Quench Presses.  The Pneumatic 2-Station 7.5T Quench Press is designed to press quench components like bearing races, gears, etc., in closed dies. During pressing and quenching, the pneumatically operated toggle comes in line of the component and tool axis and there by does not allow the top tool to move up even at a very high reactionary force due to expansion of the component during quenching. Quench time and oil flow can be set precisely and monitored with the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine. The 2-Station Quench Presses are of extremely robust construction. All operations of these 2-Station Quench Presses, except loading and unloading of components, are automatic. Further, manipulators for automatic loading and/or unloading of components can also be provided.
