Bogie hearth furnaces are used for heat treatment of large as well as small Cast, dies and metal parts. Loading of the bogie can be done outside the furnace. The car bottom makes these furnaces extremely easy to load and to unload the charge. These furnaces can be customized according to customers’ needs. The motorised or manual bogie can be transferred through front and rear of the furnace with pneumatichydraulic doors at both ends. If more bogies are opted, the heat treatment time is reduced since one bogie can be loaded while the other is removed from the furnace.
