the use of the furnace is periodic operating. It applies to sintering of silicon nitride ceramic ball and ceramic tool like si3n4, sic and zro2 under condition of high pressure nitrogen and argon atmosphere facilitate to increase sintering density and improve its mechanical property.
features:
the furnace is made up of high frequency transformer, inductor, controller, compound ceramic-material heating element, high-pressure shell, temperature testing system, optical-fiber infrared thermodetector cooling system, air-pressing furnace door system and data-processing software etc. Its working pressure is 3-10mpa, max. Temperature is 2200�. Its working conditions is oxidizing atmosphere, oxygen, nitrogen or inert gases. Temperature testing thermodetector is infrared thermodetector. Air-pressing door system used is easy to operate safely. The furnace has two sets of alarming systems, that is safe alarming system and over-temperature alarming system with the protective function of water-break, electrical outage, open-phase and broken wire protection. The device has rs-485 communicating port, data managing software, regulating processing switch of brightness temperature and true temperature, recorder without paper recording the previous data and curve of temperature rise, regulating temperature deviating from the aberration, managing many devices and analyzing the long-distance breakdown. Japanese shimaden pid 30 steps programmable temperature controller. Good safety, long life.
