Machine Working Feature

Pipe clamps will be provide to hold the Pipe,bolt,Rod,Rebar,Round Bar,Sag Rod,Anchor Bolt during operation.
End Stopper will be provided to adjust the desired thread length. Once the stopper is adjusted, the machine will thread all the pieces accurately. Then the lead screw drives the entire pipe fitted in clamp for threading.
Threading length will be set by human machine interface (HMI) with PLC Touch Screen Control Panels which to suit length. .
Threading head will open automatically after completion of threading
After automatically opening the Box nut, it will move back the clamping vise for reversing the pipe and will automatically open the vise for manual unload Pipe,bolt,Rod,Rebar,Round Bar,Sag Rod,Anchor Bolt
