• Machine is run by pinion on the front and rear rack of the machine.

• The wires which are fed from the COIL and also from the spiral coil (prepared in spiral coiling machine)

• Placed in the holes of pinion on the front and rear rack of the machine produces the netting.

• When the length of netting reaches the desired (15meterSTD) length, the same is cut by scissor

Q. What area of the shop is required for placement of one production line of gabions, preferably with the scheme?
A. For 4 m width whole gabion production line (include: gabion grid making machine, wire straightening and cutting machine, gabion packing machine, edge wire whipstitch machine, gabion mesh cutting machine)it totally need 300 square meters. But you need extra at least 300 square meters for raw material and finished gabions.
 
Q. How long should people (machine operators) for the production of the grid?
A. It needs 5 workers for making grids (two for main machine, one for spring winding machine), 1 worker for wire straightening and cutting machine, 2 workers for gabion packing machine, 2 workers for edge wire whipstitch machine and 2 workers for mesh cutting machine.
 
Q. How many people need to shop (machine operators) for the final production (harvest) ready gabions?
A. The requirement of workers depends completely upon demand; depending upon how quickly the work need to be done.
