1.Working principle:this machine uses foodgrade silicone. Because of silica the gap of gel plates, and thecentrifugal force to squeeze the garlic to be individual cloves. 
2.Garlic stem, garlic skin will be blew away by the fan blower to the side of the machine,which can be collected. 
3.Garlic cloves come out from the other side of the machine.
4.High separating rate, low damage rate, easy maintenance; and suitable for different species and size of the garlic.
