High Pressure Electric Motorized Lubrication Pump, For Industrial, Voltage : 220V

Technical data 

• Motor single or three phase ( Normally all are taking single phase unit to avid overload problem )
• Manifold block : 85 x 85 x 45 mm having relief valve inbuilt with one out let and one gauge port.we have made provision in same block for relief oil to get back in tank through pump itself.
• Gear Pump: 0.2/0.5 /1.0 lpm at 15 bar pressure.
• Tank ; 3 /5/8 lt 
• Oil window; standard 3 inch
• Suctions filter 1/4 bsp
• if needed following can be provided with extra cost
• Float switch 
• Pressure switch.

Motor is mounted on manifold with 5x20 mm Allen screws from top end and pump is mounted with 5x45 Allen cap screws from bottom. This make assembly very easy and any one ca simply open the system to clean . assembly is mounted on tank from top by 5x20 Allen cap screws. This make unit most user friendly.
