9. boom shall be made of white painted aluminium bar with red adhesive refracting strips for bars.
10. housing : the control unit shall be housed in weather proof housing with a ip 54 protection for easy maintenance.
11. the boom barrier should smoothly open and close without bounce/jerks at end positions.
12. operation : stand alone with push button switch and also shall be integrated with access control system.
13. safety : embedded controller software for detection of presence of vehicle on safety loops. loop detector to be provided to prevent barriers from closing on the vehicles.
14. on power failure : there should be an option of in build in power backup in case of power failure.
15. 15. version : shall be available in left-hand and right-hand version with provision of interchangeable from left-hand version to right hand version and vice versa at site.
16. 16. power : should have a durable motor for long lasting purpose and it shall be generate 600nm torque.
17. 17. control panel should have the feature for attaching safety and other command device.
18. 18. it should have an inbuilt obstacle detection function for maximum safety.

20. 20. specified make/company (oem) should be certified quality & environment in compliance with uni en iso 9001, uni en iso 14001, bs ohsas 18001:2007 certified.

22. 22. test certificate for boom barrier to be provided. bidder will provide the manufacturing authorisation form from oem (original equipment manufacturer)
23. 23. put the oem should have direct presence in india. importer & distributors excluded & should provides the spare part availability for next 10 years post warranty certification to be provided for the same from oem
