Light weight ceramic fibre wool insulation (instead of brick insulation). The outer casing is made of double walled thick P.C.R. sheet duly powder coated. Heating elements are made of KANTHAL 'A-1' wire & backed by high temp. Insulation which avoids loss of energy. Temp. Control unit consists Microprocessor Digital Temp. Controller fitted in front of furnace with two pilot lamps. The apparatus is completed with thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, and main lead with power plug. To work on 220/230 volts or 400/440 volts A.C. Maximum temp, is 1000C & working temp. 950C.For model of higher temp.
